Xplor is looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join their growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. The role involves going door-to-door or visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educating business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions, and closing deals. The compensation is 100% commission-based with residual income, perfect for those who want to be in control of their time and income.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
