Xplor is looking for a motivated and self-driven Account Executive to join their Direct Sales team. The role involves going door-to-door or visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educating business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions, and closing deals to earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions with residual income. The position offers a flexible schedule, sales training, and mentorship. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator, comfortable with face-to-face selling, and experienced in sales, preferably with a background in door-to-door, merchant services, or similar fields.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Self-sourcing leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
