Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

Yondr is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across the company. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, operationally minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or related roles
• Proven experience owning company-wide planning and forecasting processes
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
• Ability to distill complex data into clear executive-level insights
• Ability to collaborate, influence, and communicate effectively across different teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
