Role Overview
Your Bourse is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across international markets. The role involves managing complex sales cycles, engaging senior decision-makers, and helping clients solve critical operational, technology, and risk management challenges.
What You Will Do
Manage the entire sales cycle from qualification through contract signature, build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities, and develop account strategies for target prospects and strategic accounts.

Requirements

- Experience managing sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong discovery, qualification, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong CRM skills and pipeline discipline
