Role Overview
Your Bourse is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to own and manage relationships with top strategic clients across international markets. This is a relationship-led role focused on retaining and growing our most important accounts.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or similar client-facing roles
- Experience in fintech, FX, CFDs, crypto, SaaS, or financial services
- Proven experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Experience handling commercial discussions, renewals, and contract administration
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
