Role Overview

Your Bourse is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to own and manage relationships with top strategic clients across international markets. This is a relationship-led role focused on retaining and growing our most important accounts.

Own Strategic Client Relationships, Manage Client Requests and Deliverables, Drive Cross-Functional Execution

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or similar client-facing roles
  • Experience in fintech, FX, CFDs, crypto, SaaS, or financial services
  • Proven experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience handling commercial discussions, renewals, and contract administration
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
