Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, proposal management, pre-sales, or as a solution architect
- comprehensive understanding of the HCM market
- stakeholder management, customer communication, and project implementation
- fluency in German and English language skills
- excellent presentation skills
- basic knowledge of AI, willingness to learn
