Sales Operations and Logistics Expert

Role Overview

As a Sales Operations & Logistics Expert, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day execution of sales operations and logistics activities in Belgium. You will support the full vehicle supply chain from vehicle ordering through to customer delivery.

What You Will Do

Manage and monitor vehicle orders, track vehicle flow, support dealer incentive policies, and maintain high-quality data in systems related to order management, stock management, and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar sales operations, logistics, or supply chain role within the automotive industry or a related sector
• Strong operational mindset with a focus on execution, accuracy, and structure
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve issues in a proactive and structured manner
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with data, reports, KPIs, and operational systems
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken
