We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead our Commercial and Enterprise sales teams across the Greater China region. The role requires a seasoned sales leader with deep experience in Commercial and Enterprise sales, fluent in Mandarin, and strong cultural insight into the GCR market.
Requirements
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Commercial and Enterprise sales teams for the Greater China region to consistently meet and exceed quota.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the GCR market dynamics for Enterprise and Commercial segments.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior-level stakeholders and key accounts across industries.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, customer success, and channel partners to optimize the end-to-end sales cycle and customer experience.
- Own pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and deal progression to support regional sales targets.
- Use data-driven insights and Salesforce dashboards to monitor and enhance sales team performance and market coverage.
- Act as the voice of the customer in internal strategic discussions to inform product and service improvements.
- Hire, develop, and retain top sales talent with an emphasis on coaching and career growth.
- Navigate the complexities of the GCR business environment with cultural sensitivity and agility, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and practices.
