Zip is a rapidly growing AI platform for enterprise procurement, and we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage our commercial customer base across all industries. This role requires 5+ years of relevant work experience and strong project management skills. As a CSM, you’ll advise customers on transforming their B2B purchasing and manage customer health based on data-driven adoption metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant work experience in customer-facing customer success, account management or strategic consulting
- Procurement experience and/or familiarity with procurement technologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish quick rapport and trust with customers
- Strong project management skills to manage a dynamic customer portfolio
