Construction and After-Sales Director

Role Overview

We are selecting a Construction and After-Sales Director for an important real estate development company. The selected person will be responsible for the integral direction of projects, leading the ongoing works and managing the after-sales, with a focus on resolving incidents and maintaining a link with the owners.

What You Will Do

Construction management, coordination and follow-up of suppliers, contractors, and involved teams, after-sales management, reception, analysis, and resolution of complaints or inconveniences with the delivered homes, fluid communication with owners.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Direct report to the project manager, ensuring compliance with deadlines, construction quality, and standards defined by the company.

Requirements

• Graduated in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• More than 5 years of experience in construction management and/or project management
• Previous experience in dealing with clients and resolving post-delivery incidents (desirable)
