We’re looking for an Account Executive to drive growth by acquiring net new clients from a defined set of prospects, managing full-cycle sales, and consistently exceeding ARR goals.
Requirements
- Consistently achieve and exceed ARR targets by closing new business across multiple products in your territory.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of 20–30 active deals at any time, closing 10–15 per month with rapid sales cycles.
- Generate opportunities through outbound efforts, personal networks, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from discovery and solution alignment to negotiating pricing/terms and closing deals.
- Deliver impactful SaaS solution selling through value-based techniques, targeting CFOs and finance leaders.
- Partner with Solution Consultants to run compelling demos and ensure seamless client handoffs.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, partner & alliance, and professional services teams to generate leads and drive success.
- Maintain rigorous sales hygiene in Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate forecasts and transparent pipeline management.
- Provide customer insights back to product and leadership teams to shape future solutions.
- Represent Zone & Co at client meetings and industry events.
