Senior Manager, FP&A

Role Overview

As Senior Manager of FP&A, you’ll own financial partnership across R&D, G&A, and Cost of Sales, working directly with CTO, CPO, CFO, and other functional leaders. You’ll translate complex operational activity into clear financial narratives, build models, and show up as the finance partner your business partners want to call.

What You Will Do

You’ll serve as the dedicated finance partner to R&D, Product, Engineering, ZTS, and G&A leadership, owning the full forecast cycle, including AOP/Monthly/Quarterly planning, bottoms-up budget builds, headcount planning, ELT-ready scenario modeling, and investment analysis.

You’ll partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Sales Finance, and other business units to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes, and proactively surface risks, opportunities, and the financial implications of strategic choices.

Requirements

• 6+ years in FP&A or strategic finance
• Background in high-growth SaaS or technology
• Demonstrated experience partnering with technical leaders (CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA a plus, not a requirement
