Role Overview

Zscaler is looking for an AI-native People Enablement Manager to join their team. This role will manage end-to-end enablement programs, design AI-native learning assets, and facilitate practical, interactive sessions to ensure employees confidently adopt AI tools and amplify daily productivity.

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record of facilitating engaging, interactive workshops and hands-on learning labs
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities
