Staff Customer Operations Analyst

Role Overview

The Customer Operations team coordinates efforts among all internal groups to ensure we are aligned with our customers’ needs and can deliver on our commitments with the highest level of excellence and integrity.

What You Will Do

Customer collaborative planning – understand customer demand outlook and manage delivery commitment expectations, Order management – oversee delivery execution of customer orders, Coordinate with logistics on shipments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Engineer; or related field from an accredited college
• 5+ years of experience (alternatively a Master’s with 3+ years)
• Customer Relationship Management skills
• Background in Supply Chain Planning / Management
• Dedicated and high sense of job ownership
• SAP Experience or similar ERP
• Track record for utilizing innovative and creative problem-solving skills to address complex and/or contentious issues
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Excellent organizational, project management and planning skills; high attention to details; consistent follow through
• Proven ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form
• Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and appropriately prioritize workload based upon organization or department needs
• Possess a high degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
