Huzzle is hiring a Business Development Representative to join a fast-growing remote sales team. The role involves executing outbound prospecting campaigns, identifying new business opportunities, and generating qualified leads to support revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within target companies
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and buying intent
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target segments
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, meetings, and pipeline generation
