1Password is growing and seeking an Account Specialist, Growth to ensure the success and satisfaction of high-volume transactional customers. The role involves articulating the value of 1Password, creating strong relationships with customers, and driving value through best practice guidance. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and passionate about technology.
Requirements
- 1+ years in Sales, Account management, Customer success, or related role preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven ability to effectively manage a pipeline with consistent performance against various sales metrics (revenue quota, sales target, etc)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients to achieve sales goals
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical terms in a digestible way
- Demonstrated experience handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries through various channels (e.g, phone, email, and chat)
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring Customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability in building customer relationships
- Preferred: Experience with 1Password or other password managers
- Preferred: Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight etc. or related
