Role Overview
The Sales Engineer/Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth of abrasive products through hardware dealers, distributors, and modern retail channels. This role requires strong channel sales capability, a solid understanding of dealer and retail processes, and the ability to execute channel marketing campaigns and promotional activities effectively.
What You Will Do
Drive sales of abrasive products, conduct pull-through selling activities, build strong relationships with end users, and develop and maintain relationships with hardware dealers, retailers, and distributors.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative, Marketing, Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in industrial products, consumer products, hardware, tools, abrasives, or related categories
- Experience managing traditional hardware dealers, distributors, and/or modern retail accounts
- Experience in end-user engagement and pull-through selling activities
- Strong understanding of retail execution, dealer management, and channel development
- Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, trade promotions, and in-store activation
- Good commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
