Role Overview

The Business Analyst for Energy Conservation Programs is responsible for ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies while supporting the effective delivery of low-income usage reduction programs. This role oversees contractor quality and compliance, manages program budgets, and monitors vendor performance.

What You Will Do

Conduct quarterly vendor performance reviews, address operational issues, and provide performance feedback and guidance to third-party vendors. Analyze operational challenges and develop recommendations to improve program performance and efficiency.

Requirements

  • A two- to four-year degree in a related discipline
  • Four years of professional-level experience

  • Effective leadership, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
