Role Overview
As a Customer Service expert, you will provide a frictionless experience to customers, assist with refund/exchanges, and efficiently serve each customer.
What You Will Do
Complete transactions accurately, help customers with returns/exchanges, and engage customers in conversation.

Requirements
- Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Able to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions
- Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store
- Must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and other team members
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Retail experience preferred
