Performance Marketing Manager (Paid)

Role Overview

You will own paid media, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, and be responsible for optimizing channel allocation, experimenting with new paid surfaces, and tracking attribution hygiene. You will work with the team to set up campaigns, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.

You will manage the paid pipeline number and budget, optimize channel allocation, set up and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, experiment with new paid surfaces, and track attribution hygiene.

Requirements

  • A few years of hands-on experience in paid media, ideally agency-side on B2B SaaS accounts
  • Deep, current Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads execution
  • Strong analytics skills
  • Ability to manage $1M+ in annual paid spend and make it produce pipeline
