We’re seeking a proactive, experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth of Amperia, our unique instrument for rapid quantification of proteins from unpurified samples, expanding our customer base and establishing relationships with key stakeholders across the biopharma industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry or another life sciences related field
- Strong knowledge of customer needs in protein assay instrumentation and lab automation in the bioprocessing industry
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior sales role in bioprocessing tools or related technologies
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long term relationships with senior decision makers
- Experience working with CRM (Hubspot preferred)
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and conferences
