Data Analyst

Role Overview

The Data Analyst is responsible for supporting and delivering value to the business through Data & Analytics initiatives. This position will work closely with subject matter experts, data stewards, and analytics teams to understand challenges and opportunities in core business data.

What You Will Do

Work with the business to document and understand requirements and expectations for master data management, perform detailed analysis in support of business requirements and maintenance activities, and monitor and investigate data quality and consistency issues.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of related experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English
• Ability to work with and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups
• Strong SQL and data exploration abilities
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Fundamental understanding of MDM and/or Data Governance concepts
• Self-motivated, mission-driven, and highly organized
