Role Overview

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring client sales and use tax returns are filed and paid in an accurate and timely manner, and that client satisfaction is high. The role involves managing staff, defining Key Performance Indicators, and mentoring employees on performance gaps and career development opportunities.

What You Will Do

The primary duties of this role include ensuring accurate and timely filing of client sales and use tax returns, determining appropriate resourcing of staff, defining annual Key Performance Indicators, and managing and mentoring employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in accounting or similar field
• Seven plus years of experience in a Sales and Use Tax returns role
• Three plus years of leadership experience
• Public accounting or big four experience preferred
