Sales Operations Senior Analyst

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Senior Analyst will be part of the Sales Operations Resale Support team, helping Accenture Technology Resale Team with administrative support related to the Resale of Technology Hardware, Software, Maintenance, and Licenses Renewals. The role involves managing the end-to-end process from quoting to invoicing, ensuring all involved parties deliver their scope on time and accurately.

Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, helping the Accenture Sales Team with administrative support, managing the pipeline of resale opportunities in Salesforce, and providing customized information and reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or comparable coursework/experience
