Acquia is seeking an Account Management Leader to join our Boston based team to oversee a group of Account Managers who support and drive revenue with our existing customers.

Requirements

  • Manage and lead a team of 5-7 Account Managers to successfully own and develop their accounts, and grow the overall book of business
  • Report on team metrics (activity & pipeline) and provide forecasting to Leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure a positive customer experience and customer growth
  • Foster the creation and assignment of upselling and retention goals
  • Experience managing a pipeline and forecasting sales
  • Success in driving and management of a team
