Acquia is seeking an Account Management Leader to join our Boston based team to oversee a group of Account Managers who support and drive revenue with our existing customers.
Requirements
- Manage and lead a team of 5-7 Account Managers to successfully own and develop their accounts, and grow the overall book of business
- Report on team metrics (activity & pipeline) and provide forecasting to Leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure a positive customer experience and customer growth
- Foster the creation and assignment of upselling and retention goals
- Experience managing a pipeline and forecasting sales
- Success in driving and management of a team
