The Director of Revenue Operations is responsible for building and operating the core infrastructure behind revenue, including CRM architecture, attribution, forecasting, and automation. This role requires a hands-on builder who can take ownership of an in-progress HubSpot implementation and evolve it into a reliable, scalable system. The output directly impacts how the business allocates spend, forecasts revenue, and identifies growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations in a high-growth environment
- Deep experience with CRM architecture, including custom objects, automation, integrations, and data modeling
- Proven track record building or rebuilding RevOps systems from scratch or near-scratch
