Senior Partner Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Partner Manager is responsible for growing and optimizing a portfolio of strategic channel partnerships that serve as high-leverage referral and distribution channels for Auris.

The role involves managing partner relationships, driving referral activity and revenue growth, and enabling partners to generate qualified referrals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in channel partner management, strategic account management, business development, or relationship management.
• Proven track record of growing referral, partnership, and revenue performance within an assigned portfolio.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple organizational levels.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into actionable growth strategies.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and pipeline reporting tools (Specifically Salesforce).
