Role Overview
The People and Business Operations Specialist will report directly to the President and serve as a versatile, professional resource supporting the day-to-day needs of the KJUS organization across people coordination, business administration, and operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to develop broad business acumen. They will take ownership of responsibilities, manage competing priorities effectively, and bring a high level of professionalism and attention-to-detail to their work.

Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a professional office environment, preferably with some exposure to HR or people processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and an approachable, service-oriented personality.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong follow through and a willingness to take ownership and ensure tasks do not get stuck between teams.
- The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with associates, leadership and Acushnet partners.
- A high degree of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- A willingness to learn the business and develop strong business instincts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn business systems, including Workday.
- A positive, solutions-oriented approach and a genuine desire to be a resource to others.
- A passion for sports, with an interest in golf and/or skiing preferred.
