Senior Manager FP&A EMC

Senior Manager FP&A EMC position based in Cairo, Egypt or Almaty, Kazakhstan, responsible for driving financial planning, performance management, and decision support for the EM Central organization.

Requirements

• Lead, coach, and develop the General FP&A team
• Own and steer the end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to HR, BD and Finance Senior Management
• Drive continuous improvement and simplification of business controlling processes
• Provide forward-looking insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations to support growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization
