Closing Sales Lead

Role Overview

As a Sales Lead, you’ll engage with customers, provide top-notch customer service, and help educate them about the great products we offer. This is a great place to work, with a friendly atmosphere and energetic work environment.

What You Will Do

Greet customers, engage them in conversation, recommend additional items, answer customer questions, resolve concerns, motivate sales associates, and educate customers on company initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge or interest in wine, beer, and/or spirits
• Retail sales experience or related customer service training a plus
• Alcohol Server Card (can be obtained after job offer)
