Role Overview
The Regional Marketing Manager will support the client’s Dallas, Houston, and Fort Worth offices by developing the strategic direction of the office and ensuring it aligns with company goals. They will work with the Director of Regional Marketing and Office Managing Partners to lead and manage the development and execution of a local marketing strategy.
What You Will Do
The Regional Marketing Manager will serve as the marketing lead to assigned offices, lead the development and execution of local marketing strategies, manage office marketing budgets, and develop high-level partnerships with local professional and civic organizations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Law Firm experience (preferred)
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm event coordinator role
- Ability to work outside of regular office hours
- Flexible schedule and means to travel as needed
- Exceptional people skills and high level of professionalism and client service
- Demonstrated ability to generate a range of solutions that meet goals and identify the benefits, costs, and risks associated with each solution
- Team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude who demonstrates resourcefulness
- Experience managing budgets and driving cost-effective strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
