Director, Strategy and Growth

Role Overview

The Director, Strategy and Growth will ensure the assigned campus has aggressive growth strategies to improve market share, profitability, and long-term viability. They will translate strategic initiatives into priority actions and coordinate with key stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Develops detailed tactical work plans, provides project management, and implements key initiatives. Participates in strategy development and annual business planning, and develops business plans and informs assumptions in the pro forma process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or English or relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, business development, strategic planning and/or operations
