Marketing Technology & Consumer Data Product Manager – CRM Governance

Role Overview

The Marketing Technology & Consumer Data Product Manager – CRM Governance will own the product domain end-to-end, including strategy execution, operating model design, and ongoing optimization. They will define and enforce accountability for product performance, adoption, and outcomes, and serve as the business owner for product capabilities and associated platforms.

Responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, priorities, and success measures aligned to business objectives, leading platform and capability evolution, ensuring scalability, integration, and sustainability, and overseeing backlog prioritization, intake processes, and delivery execution across the product domain.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing technology, consumer data, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience owning and leading product domains, platforms, or capabilities (not advisory roles)
• Experience establishing operating models and driving enterprise-scale outcomes
• Leading major product domains
• Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems (CRM, CDP, CMP, personalization, etc.)
• Ability to translate business strategy into scalable product capabilities and operating models
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Executive-level communication and influence skills
• High ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes
