Role Overview
The People Operations Business Partner will serve in a high-level, strategic, and critical thinking role in support of People Operations decisions centered around talent, performance, succession, employee conflict, and strategic planning.
What You Will Do
Manage day-to-day employee relations support for corporate teams, provide coaching and guidance to leaders on people-related matters, support compliance, engagement, and People First initiatives, contribute to workforce planning and organizational projects.

Requirements
- 3+ years as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist or Organizational Development role
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred
- Strong communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
- Proven employee relations experience, including managing complex issues
- Ability to build trusted partnerships and consult effectively with executives and senior leaders
- Experience supporting remote or distributed teams preferred
- Demonstrated agility, sound judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to design and execute projects with minimal supervision in a hybrid work environment
- Ability to travel up to 25%, as needed
