Deal Desk Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a Deal Desk Specialist to serve as a subject-matter expert across Quote-to-Cash processes. You will work across CPQ and CLM platforms, partnering with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure commercial structures are accurately reflected in billing and revenue systems.

– Act as a subject-matter expert for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), CPQ, and upstream Quote-to-Cash processes; – Support and optimize commercial workflows, including quoting, pricing, approvals, contract generation, execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations;

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Contract Management, CPQ/CLM, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations within SaaS, technology, or marketplace companies;
• Strong understanding of the full contract lifecycle, including quoting, pricing, deal structuring, approvals, contract execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations;
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Zuora CPQ, Conga, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, or Ironclad;
• Experience supporting complex pricing models including volume-based pricing, tiered pricing, bundled pricing, ramp deals, custom pricing structures, and multi-year agreements;
• Experience managing approval workflows, governance models, and delegation frameworks;
• Understanding of downstream billing, entitlements, and revenue recognition processes;
• Familiarity with ASC 606 and revenue recognition impacts;
• Experience working with Workday, NetSuite, or SAP, including CPQ/CLM integrations;
• Strong analytical, process mapping, troubleshooting, and documentation skills;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams;
• Upper-intermediate English level.
