Role Overview
The Data Analyst is a foundational member of AI2IO’s new Business Intelligence function, responsible for translating business needs into clear, validated requirements that shape the Company’s enterprise data warehouse and reporting environment.
What You Will Do
Define business requirements, support KPI certification, maintain the business glossary & KPI dictionary, profile source data, validate platform design, flag data quality and governance issues, manage the Azure DevOps backlog, coordinate UAT, maintain release documentation, and complete assigned tasks and deliverables on time and on budget.

Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business questions into clear, testable requirements
- Working knowledge of SQL sufficient to independently query and investigate source data across multiple systems
- Familiarity with Power BI reports and semantic models; experience reading or writing DAX is a plus
- Experience with Azure DevOps or a similar backlog/work-tracking tool
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with detailed, sometimes repetitive validation work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple concurrent requests
- Prior experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar professional services ERP systems is a plus
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technology and adapting to evolving requirements
