The Manager, Business Development will be responsible for owning a lifestyle partnership pipeline end-to-end, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, launching, and optimising deals that drive revenue and member activity.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in sales / business development with a clear, provable target-hitting track record.
- Competitive, always-on mindset; you move fast, stay resilient, and like winning.
- High adaptability in changing priorities and evolving business directions.
- Strong pitching and negotiation skills; confident with senior external stakeholders.
- Very high attention to detail (numbers, terms, deliverables, timelines, partner setup requirements).
- Strong working skills in Excel/Google Sheets and slides for proposals and performance reporting.
