FP&A Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to join albo’s Finance team and work closely with the FP&A Manager. In this role, you will support financial planning, forecasting, monthly closing, and performance reporting, helping ensure accurate and timely financial information.

What You Will Do

Support the preparation and ongoing update of budgets, financial forecasts, and financial models. Actively participate in the monthly closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in collaboration with Accounting and other teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid experience in Banking or Fintech, ideally in FP&A, financial planning, financial analysis, or controlling.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance metrics.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, with experience building and maintaining financial models.
• Experience preparing management reports and analyzing actuals against budget and forecast.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
