Role Overview
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Business Development Executives, with a strong leader and proven track record in sales and business development.
What You Will Do
Recruit, train, and onboard new Business Development Executives, develop and implement strategies to achieve business development targets, and support BDEs in their sales efforts.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in business development or sales
- At least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role within the education industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively
