Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing direction and annual, quarterly, and monthly plans in alignment with business objectives. They will develop the overall marketing direction, analyze market dynamics, and translate strategic priorities into clear action plans.

What You Will Do

The Marketing Manager will develop product portfolios, product lines, sales materials, and marketing content tailored to specific product groups and target markets. They will also develop and implement trade marketing programs for distributors, dealers, retail points, and target markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Agriculture, or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 8 years or more of Marketing experience is preferred, including hands-on experience managing a team or function.
  • Previous experience as a Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, or an equivalent role with practical management responsibility.
