Business Development Manager

Role Overview

As the leader of Engineering and IT Services in over 30 countries, the ALTEN group accompanies its clients’ development strategy in the fields of innovation, R&D, and technological information systems. The Business Development Manager will plan the deployment of resources, organize operational deployment, ensure reporting and tracking of KPIs, contribute to continuous process improvement, maintain and deploy IT solutions, and manage project documentation and databases.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or from an engineering school, with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial project management or methodology, ideally in the transportation industry sector. Required skills include SAP, Lean Green Belt, and Google environment.
