Customer Success Manager

Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will work with the finance team, product and business development to grow Twitch Advertising revenue. You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will support Twitch in meeting its objectives and providing best in class client service to our clients.

What You Will Do

You will manage campaigns, work with clients, and troubleshoot live campaigns. You will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of Twitch’s site features and products.

Requirements

• Experience helping clients execute custom branded campaigns
• 4+ years of online media/planning experience
• Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and though the proper escalation process
• Works well with others in high-energy environment with minimal supervision
• Experience and comfortability working with technical product teams
