Role Overview

The Finance Transformation Program Manager will drive initiatives to improve the efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of the finance function. This role partners with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to simplify and automate financial processes, improve reporting and analytics, and implement solutions that enable faster, more accurate decision-making.

The individual will own cross-functional programs, influence stakeholders across levels, and keep leadership informed and aligned through clear, structured communication at every stage of execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
