Role Overview
The Senior Partner Growth Manager will lead and execute partnership growth strategies for Amazon Music, driving growth at scale through strategic partnerships.

The role will involve defining and executing partner marketing and growth strategies, launching partner campaigns, and optimizing partnerships to maximize offer discoverability and frequency in communications.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
- 8+ years of experience in B2C partner-focused growth marketing or partnership marketing
- Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in written and oral communication
- Experience in the entertainment/music/streaming industry
- Experience in global and/or centralized marketing leadership teams
- Experience creating centralized programs that can be leveraged on a global scale
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic partners
- Experience managing complex, multi-partner relationships and projects
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior management
- Experience with AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and marketing outcome
