We’re Arc’teryx, a company that builds gear for the outdoors. We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to lead our marketing function across ANZ, aligning global direction with local priorities and ensuring delivery of a cohesive omnichannel guest experience.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in marketing operations, integrated planning or campaign delivery
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate with a systems mindset, connecting strategy through to execution in a structured and scalable way
- Experience managing budgets, agencies and complex, cross-functional workflows
- Strong commercial acumen, balanced with an understanding of brand and customer experience
