Role Overview

Join the American Nurses Enterprise as a Data Analyst to help transform data into insights that advance the nursing profession. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform business strategy and strengthen ANE’s credentialing, training, education, membership, and research programs.

What You Will Do

Create, maintain, and update an inventory of all data assets from across the enterprise, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on data, and generate regular reports and presentations summarizing analysis results and recommendations for senior leadership and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, data science, or related quantitative field, and three or more years of experience as a data analyst preferably in a healthcare or education setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, data science, or related quantitative field
• Three or more years of experience as a data analyst preferably in a healthcare or education setting
• Proficiency with coding languages R, Python, and SQL for data analysis
• Proficient with data visualization tools PowerBI and Tableau
• Detailed understanding of data lifecycle
• Strong data modeling skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong data quality orientation
