Role Overview

Serve as the senior point of contact for senior clients, fostering long-term partnerships built on trust, strategic guidance, and proactive counsel. Oversee multiple brand accounts, ensuring impeccable execution of campaigns and deliverables across strategy, creative, production, media, and technology.

What You Will Do

Provide high-level insights and recommendations using agency-approved AI tools, anticipate client needs, and lead impactful client meetings. Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring internal teams are informed, prepared, and aligned to deliver high-quality work that meets strategic objectives.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and optimizing profitability
