Role Overview

Serve as the primary strategic lead and executive-level point of contact for key clients, fostering deep, long-term partnerships grounded in trust and results. Oversee the successful delivery of all client work, ensuring it meets strategic objectives, adheres to timelines, and maintains a high standard of quality.

Develop and oversee strategic engagement plans, drive client satisfaction, retention, and renewal, and lead key client meetings, presentations, and status updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • Demonstrated success managing and expanding high-value client relationships
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and growing cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategy, advertising principles, industry dynamics, and emerging trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with executive-level presence
  • Strong financial acumen and experience overseeing budgets, forecasting, scopes, and profitability
