Product Operations Lead, Small Drones

Role Overview

The Product Operations Lead, Small Drones will support end users and do whatever it takes to keep deployed counter-UAS capability ready to engage. This includes sustaining Anduril’s Anvil deployments, triaging and diagnosing product incidents, and improving overall system and product reliability.

What You Will Do

The Product Operations Lead, Small Drones will sustain Anduril’s Anvil deployments by combining an understanding of customers’ counter-UAS missions with familiarity with our products and delivered capabilities. They will also triage, diagnose, and root cause product incidents, drive postmortem actions, and keep stakeholders updated on status through resolution.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a self-starter who finds and resolves issues on your own
• Strong problem-solving skills in unstructured situations where hardware, software, and networking meet
• Proven ability to master a technical system and support it in operational environments
• Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
