Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will achieve Mortgage Loan Originator and branch recruiting objectives, oversee the full process of identifying leads, and nurture them towards commitment. The role requires a full understanding of the platform and company culture.

Establish contact with potential candidates, build relationships with industry professionals, attract candidates through consistent daily activity, and determine candidate or branch qualifications.
